HI everyone!
It is late, I need to get to sleep, I already took my sleep and bipolar meds, and they are not kicking in as of yet. I am listening to binaural beats as I type, to help me to relax. It has been a month since I've been on Methylphenidate ER LA caps 30mg...

I have been really forgetful and absent minded and it frustrating me and making me depressed. My insurance company has approved the med, they said, as an exception... Four weeks ago, I paid 60.00 dollars and have been afraid of taking them until I know for sure I get the same exception with no copay like I was getting it before... agghh

I wish my intro was prettier but this is the best I can do now...

I am looking forward to learning and sharing here in these forums.
Thank you!

Welcome to Psych Central, ed. There's a forum, here on PC, dedicated to the subject of bipolar disorder, of course. Here's a link just in case you haven't already found it:

https://psychcentralforums.com/bipolar/

And then here are links to 4 articles on the subject of bipolar disorder, from Psych Central's archives, that (hopefully) may be of interest. The first article provides links to a number of additional articles on the subject. The remaining 3 links are to articles the first article doesn't provide links for:

Bipolar Disorder: Symptoms, Types & Treatments | Psych Central

10 Small Steps You Can Take Today to Improve Bipolar Disorder

The Biggest Lesson I've Learned in Managing My Bipolar Disorder

Top Ten Terrific Things About Bipolar Disorder

I hope you find PC to be of benefit.
