I have been on lexapro since July..I was experiencing a tremendous amount of (mostly) work related anxiety, and lexapro did help for a while. Now I realized I am too tired all the time, brain fog, etc so I’m in the process of weaning off the drug. To me, it would be better to seek therapy and other things to help me learn to deal with things...

It helped with depression but made anxiety worse. Had to go off it.

I have trouble with SSRIs -- it causes my heart rate to become erratic. So I had wanted to try this and hoped for the best. But I am giving diet a try. Apparently a lot of people have reported improvement with Keto or carnivore diet and I have noticed that I do much better with high meat / low carb diets.
