Has anyone used Victoza to help lose weight gained from medication? My dr originally wanted to try Saxenda but insurance wouldn’t cover it and it was going to cost me $1420. A little nervous because it is an injection but if it works it is worth it.

I took victoza for my diabetes. It caused me to lose a few pounds by making me not feel well and not want to eat. I now take Ozempic which I tolerate much better and it still helps with weight loss
