So basically I want to get everyone's opinions. If you're a psychiatrist or psychologist please note that with your qualifications. If someone is on prozac (just starting not even two weeks in) and you have a sudden spike in the mg can it cause anger, loss of control and loss of reality? To what extreme?

not a doctor. google "Dr.Peter Breggin" for his take on this (he's a psychiatrist). this is somewhat controversial, it seems.
