I just started trileptal about 4 days ago have had some nausea and fatigue. Will this get better as I adjust. I already have less racing thoughts and agitation so I’m hoping so.

I had nausea the first 10-12 days it went away but my gums started to just bleed out of the blue it was the beginning of SJS ( Stevens Johnson’s syndrome, the “ rash” so I had to stop immediately.

I know many people who are on it and it works well

Good luck

It got better for me after awhile, I no longer experience nausea or fatigue from it and it's very helpful
