Having a really hard time with akathisia. Makes teleworking very difficult. Anything help with this? I already take propranolol for hand tremors and klonopin for anxiety. Those are the two meds I saw listed. Any of tricks out there? I can’t take it anymore.

I used to take a combination of gabapentin, Requip, and amantadine.
