What can I use to replace zopiclone? Eszopiclone (Lunesta)? Temazepam (Restoril)? Zolpidem (Ambien)?
I don't want to use benzos. I can't use Seroquel, Benadryl or Mirtazepine or any other antihistamine like drugs because they make my heart beat weird. Thanks. |

I believe that pharmacologically, Ambien is the closest relative. If you go that route, just be aware that sleep-walking, sleep-driving, sleep-internet surfing/shopping/hooking up, and sleep-cooking can all occur on Ambien.

Lunesta is chemically very, very close. You even get the metallic taste from it.
