I was on 400 mg for years and had a side effect and had to stop it. I don't think it helped me in the least.

I have been taking 200mg for over three years and I have seemed to have done pretty well on it as my moods are mainly stable.

Yes, I take 225mg daily. It has definitely helped to stabilize my moods. Zero side effects.

I'm on the extended-release 75 mg. It seems to help me.

I love it!
I have been tried on many meds for years. This med is the only med which stabilizes my mood without totally wiping me out.
Good luck! I hope you find any med helpful to you soon.

I’ve been on 200 milligrams for 6 years and I’ve had just a few physical side effects with it that seem to have gone away. But it works great for my moods.
