It's a good idea to give the Vraylar a try for as long as possible. All the antipsychotics can cause restlessness. You might adjust to it within a few weeks. You mentioned an interest in Abilify, but studies indicate Abilify is one of the most likely to cause restlessness.

I just started taking it! Did you notice any weight gain? I haven't had the other side effects yet.

I would not take vraylar based on their awful commercials. Not unless it was vraylar or death.

I used to think the Abilify commercials were ridiculous, but now I take Abilify, so go figure... I haven't seen the Vraylar commercials, but that's kind of an aside. Anyway, has the restlessness gone away? Sometimes it does go away. I mean, I used to have restlessness with Abilify and I just don't have it anymore. __________________ "Whatever you can do, or dream you can, begin it. Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it!” |

And would you look at that, I am now taking Vraylar as an antipsychotic. I guess their advertising works, ha ha. __________________ "Whatever you can do, or dream you can, begin it. Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it!” |

I am still restless all the time. I can’t sit still. I have been pacing all day. If it weren’t for all of that, I would really like this medication because it has really improved my mood.
