Initially when I took Ritalin it caused a lisp but that went away. However when I switched from Lexapro to Prozac the lisp has come back? Anyone else got a lisp from taking Ritalin or a similar drug?

Generally speaking stimulants like ritalin do not cause things like lisps or other tics to develop. In general the medicine would exacerbate something you already know you struggle with or bring a latent or undetected tic or movement to the surface.

I agree. It seems unlikely as culprit.
