That appointment with my med provider didn't go well. I told her I don't trust her. And she didn't even try to see my perspective. And then she said that she was putting in a referral and closing my chart.

Then I call the office that my t us in, and the secretary said, the med provider couldn't do what she said.

I'm out raged!!!!!

I'm angry and I need to get in a better head space. So much is going through my head. Like the smoke in the air, covid-19, and my studies and work.

I decided to take tomorrow off and hope to be in a good head space for the next week.

I guess she figured if you didn't trust her, then she shouldn't be your doctor. At least she's referring you to someone else. She was rather blunt, but maybe you will be better off with someone else.

Yes, just take it easy for a bit--and try to think all will be for the best, puzzclar.
