Fresca is a grapefruit flavored sparkling soda. I know they say not to eat grapefruit while taking psych meds but I don’t know about Fresca. I just drank one because I honestly don’t care anymore because I’ve reached my breaking point as it is, and and also I’ve mixed way worse stuff before with my meds and have been just fine. But does anyone else drink this stuff with psych meds?

Dear Mountaindewed,
I wish I had something helpful to offer but I don't know enough about how the grapefruit flavoring in Fresca affects medications. Do you think a pharmacist would be able to be helpful to you? I don't know but I think a pharmacist like Yaowen suggested would be good to ask. Looking at the ingredients it does list real grapefruit juice so it's not just artificial flavoring. I think you'd have to ask a professional.
