Is there anyone out there who is stable and feels that their meds are helping? My new combo is lamictal and latuda and I'm hopeful.

Happy Sunday, all!

I've been on Pristiq, Remeron and Latuda. I've been fairly stable for several months now. The meds are definitely making a difference.

I am on Cymbalta for my anxiety and depression and it's been a great medication for me so far. I feel like I am getting my life back in control. I also take ativan as needed for anxiety.....I had been taking it about 3x per week, and now I am taking it less than once weekly

Lithium+Elavil make me stable and sleeping at night

I add Prozac 10 mg during extreme stress periods

If I need a PRN to sleep through anxiety or agitation, I add Zyprexa.

So far so stable!

After inpatient treatment, Lithium and Latuda stabilized me. It took time though. The other meds in my signature were added later and in a couple of months I became a functioning member of society. You just have to find the right cocktail and most importantly you have to be patient and let the meds and therapy work for you.

Lithium 800 • Latuda 40 • Propranolol 60 • Provigil 200 • Seroquel 100

I have been on a number of different cocktails over the last 21 years. My longest period of real stability was with 800 mg of seroquel however the weight gain was terrible and I finally decided to go "old school" and now I take lithium 600 MG twice daily. I do forget am dose at times but still maintain a therapeutic blood level. The first 6 months I did very well but the last two not so good. Not sleeping, have energy but also bummed out and negative. Probably a mixed state. Anyway I am seeing the MD tomorrow and will probably have to throw in something else.

I also forgot to add the Deplin which I have been taking daily now for 4 months. I also supplement with a variety of fish oils, krill oil, magnesium, and B complex.

Norco 10mg x 4 daily
Cyclobenzaprine 10mg x 3 daily
Diclofenac Sodium 75mg DR x 2 daily
Diazepam 10mg x 3 daily
Hydrochlorothiazide 25mg
Potassium CL 10 MEQ ER
Pramipexole 0.5mg

The list is a lot longer for the rest of the things I have to take but this is for psych symptoms & PTSD:
Geodon, Wellbutrin XL, Topamax, GABA, B12 injections & fish oil

I hope everyone finds what works best for them; the right one(s) is/are out there. Do not give up hope.

Mine seems to be Ritalin, Fetzima and Saphris. Since I've been taking these I'm not suicidal nor do I feel medicated. I have, also, been able to quit taking Ambien and Klonopin (most days and only one every once in a while and I was taking three a day, of course, I also quit working and that has also had a good thing, too.)

In general, I have found that I need name brand Anti-Depressants, because every time they change generic suppliers, their formula differs and I end up being on a roller coaster. Name brand ensures that I'll have the same medication every month.

See my sig. Has worked very well since last March. Although this time of year is usually the worst for me, but I am not near as bad as I normally would be.
