Dear T,
I'm scared that I screwed up in telling H about what I'm dealing with regarding ex-MC. He said how it bothers him a bit that, as his wife, I'm upset about a man not emailing me back. But it's different? I'm just trying to be open...I hope it's all OK.

Possible trigger:

It was probably not a great idea to point out my scars as evidence that it was "that bad" and I'm not making it up and it really did affect and hurt me.
Because now at these times when I'm feeling numb and detached and questioning whether it was ever really "that bad" and whether it mattered, I want to make more scars to prove to myself that it mattered.

Your holiday break officially starts now.

20 days, 23 hours, 9 minutes and 29 seconds until I see you on the 8th of Jan. Right now I'm not sure if it's really progress or just a mixture of mild apathy and tiredness- but I don't have the same reaction that I previously had to all your other holidays. I think it's because I actually know that you WILL come back. I'm not going to unravel because I know I'm strong enough to cope on my own.
