LT you need marie kondo to help you "spread joy"! She has a new show on Netflix- I watched an episode today, and just watching other people clean up made me happy! She's also the cutest thing ever.

Do you have any other recommendations? I have to finish harry potter and the goblet of fire, which I started in october, but I listen to a lot of audiobooks- current one is the Scarlet letter.

Holy carp. You guys just want my life insurance. Youre gonna end up like Elaine with her stroked out bf, feeding me navy bean soup.

Im fixated on 1996 everest, idk why. This is my 4th book. At least Beck isnt a big hole like the other guys i read. He has the greatest sense of humor. Or a great ghost writer. Could be the ghost writer, he does have a written with. But at least it makes it more palatable.

I think I have one of her books. I'm one of those people who buys various books about reducing clutter then...never actually reads/uses them. At least the one I bought yesterday was on Kindle so I didn't add to the clutter! Maybe watching her show would help...

There was an episode of I Shouldn't Be Alive about an Everest expedition--you could maybe find on Youtube? Like a guy who got altitude sickness (whatever the really bad version is) and they were going to leave for dead, then someone found him, he'd taken off most of his clothes but was somehow still alive. Here you go (if you have a cable provider that supports it).

Ah, cerebral edema. Think this links to Amazon Prime

Best ep of that show is the woman (an extreme athlete) running in Utah canyons with her dog, and she falls. I cry at the end every time. Especially good for dog-lovers.

I'm debating whether I should go out for lunch or eat the lunch I brought which I am not excited about. It's not raining ATM so I could go out to eat. On the other hand, I have to go to the grocery store tonight so I should save my money so I don't have to use my debit card. Ugh. Choices. Choices. Kit

Exactly--it both stresses me out and inspires me. And has made me decide I never want to go to the Amazon rain forest, desert (anywhere), or Australian Outback. And if I ever go anywhere, to leave a map and info saying where I went. Because that seems to be a huge mistake people make, to not tell anyone where they're going, so if they turn up missing, they don't know where to look.

I remember one about a guy who decided he couldnt go on , walking with a broken hip and frostbite so he sat down, closed his eyes and waited to d.ie. then he opened them. Some time had passed and he was still alive so he figured he should keep going. It was awesome. I have found lots of eps on YouTube.

My dr told me that I wasnt sad enough to be depressed when I reported to him I was exhausted all the time. Looking back I know that was depression and he sucks.

Depression can have a lot of physical symptoms. One of my red flags for my emotional wellbeing is always that I'm tired a lot and want to sleep all the time. When that's happening, something in me goes "uh-oh" My T was like, just force yourself to find stuff to do. Um, not that simple, lady.

Speaking of doing things when I'd rather be sleeping, tonight is dinner with my parents and a group of friends (kind of a pot-luck) so planned (forced) social interaction. May I just say sarcastically, yeah. Kit

I am angry with myself that I didn’t do anything about my ex earlier and leave, but I was terrified and somehow he convinced me that I could not survive without him. Maybe the girls wouldn’t have had these struggles if I had.
