It seems like you're talking now about a different issue from what you started with. Maybe you'ld like to sharpen the focus on this other issue.

@Rose I'm in an anger spiral atm, so please bear with me as I am not angry at you but I am so enraged that my tone might come across negatively.

The therapist is a ****ing liar who doesn't give a **** about me. If she were so ****ing concerned, she wouldn't have made it so I won't have an appointment next week.

I don't know much about dissociative identity disorder. Maybe your therapist is not managing your therapy in a way that makes any sense to you. Is she experienced with your type of disorder?

So who is in charge of this schedule about who sees T when? Who is it that decided one of you will see T one week and the other will see T the next? Who is it who ensures that the one who is "supposed" to be there is actually the one that shows up? Who is it that ensures the one who isn't supposed to be there doesn't switch in during the other one's session?
Feel free to not answer if you don't wish to. I am just trying to understand how this all works, because it clearly doesn't seem to be helping you. If there is cooperation amongst C, you and the T to do it this way does the potential exist for there to be cooperation about doing it a different way that may be more helpful and supportive for you? How could you find out?

C gets the first session of the week and I get the second. We both see her every week because there are usually two sessions. Next week, there is only one. That means I will see the therapist on Friday and then not again until two weeks later.

And the therapist has sometimes asked C if she shouldn't talk to me anymore so it's more like she and C make the rules.

Sometimes C isn't around for her appointment and I take it but that's not my fault.

I gave the therapist a really mean look when she said hello to me today. C had an appointment with the psychiatrist.

I feel kind of bad for scowling at her and not saying hello back. That was rude. But I wanted her to know she's in the doghouse with me and we're not good at all right now.

I wonder if it would be possible for whichever one of you most needs to see her can see her, or if you could negotiate having some time each session rather than having to wait for your "turn". In my therapy we go with the flow. Sometimes "the flow" takes us unexpected places. I don't think I could stand not being able to talk to T until it was "my turn". No wonder it is hard for you.

The therapist and C don't seem to like it when I interrupt, even when C's being a useless lump and is just mutely sitting there. Last time I broke in, the therapist acted all dismayed. C accuses me of stealing her sessions if I do that. And for some reason, the therapist requires her blessing to give me my own sessions.
