She's not the best video speaker but the content might be interesting or helpful to some. She talks about the different attachment styles and how each one can work on becoming more secure.

yourPersonality.net has a test to determine your attachment style for people who don't know theirs. It's kind of cool because it actually tells you your attachment style for different categories of people - general, mother, father, romantic, and friend. I am fearful-avoidant for general and romantic, dismissive-avoidant for mother and father, and secure for friend. The test also gives you results for your subjective wellbeing, personality traits (apparently my personality sucks), and relationship functioning (for romantic relationships).
