Default Good session

I think I had the most productive session I have ever had this week. A couple of weeks ago I told my T that the littles wanted her to sit next to them on thr couch. I dont want that though. We usually sit diagonally from each other this session she sat right across from me. We talked about my alters. It was very productive.

Glad you had that experience. Good luck with continuing, sounds like you are moving forward in a way that is useful for you.
