Saw t today. We talked about restarting EMDR. We have both been apprehensive to. She mentioned how she messed things up in the beginning of our working together. She has mentioned this multiple times before. She is upset that she just dove right into Emdr without building report.
We talked about why she thought I was in a different place emotionally. First of all she thought that sense I was referred for just EMDR she thought I was prepared emotionally . Plus because my mask is so good I present as being in a better place. I pointed out given the circumstances her assessment of the situation is understandable. She still seemed pretty on herself. I just quash I knew what to say to her __________________ |
