You guys remember I saw my doctor because I was having this tingling in my hand and arm? She referred me to a neurologist and suggest it was too much muscle pressing on a nerve.

Anyway I did nothing about it and it got worse, happening several times a day.

It’s gone, just vanished since I started gluten free. Celiac can have peripheral neuropathy as a symptom, apparently.

I am glad it is gone and glad the gluten free is doing such a bang up job being positive so quickly for you.

I lost all my t's texts not that there were that many when my last phone crapped out. Don't have any on current phone. But I have 6 years worth of emails... starting at the end of year 1 as I didn't have her email address til then. I may print them out and put in my box of therapy notebooks.

Hi all, hope you had a good weekend. It was rainy here but I caught a new netflix series I love and nearly finished it. Today is beautiful and I've been soaking up the sun.

I need to Google detoxing from meat. I haven't eaten meat for like 3 days and I'm noticing I feel all sluggish, and like I can't pay attention at work I wonder if that's related.

I asked my cheating student about the witnesses who saw him cheating. I got an overtheatrical denial: “I am shocked!!!!” Multiple exclamation points do not help his cause.

Well, pooh! Bad news again. We weren't actually approved yet for insurance. We just qualified. It will take 45 days to be approved. By then the house should be sold, it will count as income, and then we won't qualify.
