I don't think so. After one of the ruptures I had with L, during the break before we "made up" haha I drove over to where her old office was the first year I saw her and sat there in the courtyard for a bit in an attempt to feel close to her again.

That way I could still talk to her same frequency, just shorter sessions. Hugs to you, scarlet.

There is an insurance code for 30-minute therapy session--my T has used that for me a couple times when I wanted an extra session but didn't want to pay for a full one and once for a phone session when I was out of town. I pay initially out of pocket then get partial reimbursement from insurance, so not sure how it would work if you have a copay.

I love when I'm thinking, "Hm, not sure what specifically I should talk about in session today," then I start writing notes on things I could discuss on an index card and have filled up one side already...(granted, it's just a 3 x 5 card, but still...)

What are you going to do once you catch yourself?

Can i post my kitchen hack? I keep trying to post it where i was inspired to do it, but it keeps messing up. There was a new OXO kitchen cutlery tray that had subdividers!!! in the dividers, so you could separate teaspoons from tablespoons from cream soup spoons all in one area! Well the new tray was too big for my drawer, so i had to retrofit my existing tray. I used divided spice grabber/holders. Viola!
Yes, the rest of the house is still a high holy mess, but THIS drawer looks beautiful. This is how i do things. I dont know why.

I would love this, but H would throw them all in randomly anyway, as he does with our normally divided one, such that I have to dig through everything just to find a spoon for my cereal.

Ah! So did my mom! After my dad died, that is, and she had to do it for herself. I told her she was the only person in the world that didnt put forks with forks and spoons with spoons! I guess i lied! Oh, well...

It looks very organized. The spoons facing different ways would drive me bats - but we all have our organizational quirks

It drives me nuts how H loads the dishwasher, too. Like, "No, the bowls have to face inward!" And "Don't nest all the spoons, they don't get clean!" Meanwhile, most of the house is in complete disarray. I'm very selective in my organization. Though the dishwasher stuff is more OCD making sure dishes actually get clean stuff.

I went to sleep quickly last night, stayed asleep all night, and my dreams were well-behaved.

There were dogs in all my dreams.

No, your h is right in that!!! 🤯 Too funny.

Eta - per your correction, YOU are correct, the bowls have to face inward. But - if hes loading the dishwasher, it is loaders choice.

I had a bad dream last night. Yesterday I had yoga, and my instructor told those of us who showed up to class before break a few hints for the final module of the semester. The questions are short answer rather than the usual multiple choice, and she told us the ways people lose the most points. It was appalling. Apparently, people don't capitalize "I," use slang and CURSE words, and also write their answers as if they are texting her. In my dream, I submitted my answers and realized afterwards that I had written them in text-speak. The ridiculous thing is that I don't even use text jargon when actually texting.

There are written tests in yoga?

Btw, did your shoulder get better?

Wait, I'm the one who says the bowls have to face inward, not him. You'd think I'd be better with my phrasing, as an editor.
