I’m struggling with horrible anxiety and feel deeply sad and I had insomnia last night.

So now I can’t wait for Wednesday to get here.

And it also doesn’t help that I can’t go to the pharmacy until tomorrow when I have the rental car.

I’m struggling with multiple things right now and my list for the week has actually gotten pretty long so I need to go over that before my session on Wednesday. Unless I just ask him can I read it as it is now so he can get an idea of my thought process this week.

I think asking him to read it to get an idea of your process would be really good, Hope.
