IDK what is wrong with me today. I'm just not in a good headspace....

Possible trigger:

I really want to SH on my arm

or

Possible trigger:

just go to sleep and not wake up

At least I have a class to teach tonight so I won't be alone for the whole night. And I go to bed pretty early so hopefully when I wake up tomorrow I'm not in this headspace because this is bad.

He has at least 10 min between people.

In my experience most therapists need that time to decompress.

I honestly doubt he is being deliberately rude. And he may not even know until the end of the day if there any last minute cancellations.

i can't decide if i'm feeling better since my fall or if there is something wrong inside me. can you get deep bruises that don't show on the outside of your skin?! maybe i should go to the dr. my side still hurts.

Probably wouldn't hurt for a doctor to check you over. You never know. Could be a sprain or a strain or it could be something else. But I always say, peace of mind is worth it. HUGS Kit

First time my parents have been away in a while. I'm not used to it. I'm glad they are going to visit my sister, just I don't like being by myself at home.

Oh cheer up said no one who has depression ever. I am still about miffed about the stupid messages i got on fb. i somerimes wish i enjoyed chocolat emore and could take more delight in chocolate based festivities.

That is, you know there are going to be bizarre unspoken rules that no one would ever guess at unless they were super messed up. Thats why im so good at them

i have wasted $20 i bought a catnip growing kit and nurtured the seedlings and have bought the plants inside and my cats cant get far enough away. our old cat absolutely loved cat grass maybe i should try that

Or you could have taken ibuprofen another day, but before you do, prod your body all over and make sure you can move all your extremeties (why does that word look funny?!) and like your spleen isnt all hot and swole.

Why not deep internal bruising? People can bleed internally. I’d go.

Neither spelling is etymologically sound.

We need to add those to the couch dictionary.

Besides, I suck at spelling. I used to be good at it when I was a child, even went to spelling bees, but now with auto correct and spell check, and that thing on gmail where you start a phrase and it finishes it for you, I suck.

In other news, I had my coffee meet up today. I survived it. That's big for me, considering my anxiety was so bad I had to skip breakfast today and arrive 25 min early so I could order my drink before he got there LOL

Thankfully it was beautiful outside and so I chose an outdoor seat. So my anxiety about where to sit was quickly gone. He came and sat and asked me loads of things, some of it was odd. I felt uncomfortable at times but then he was also hilarious. Telling me how his daughter is 12 going on 27 and that he wants to send her to the nunnery. LOL

We talked for about an hour. Then he had to get back to work. Shockingly as he was leaving he said "Want to do this again sometime?" I was stunned, like wait? I'm not a damn loser and bore without my dog? Are you sure?

He suggested we could bring our dogs too if I wanted. He said it was interesting getting to know about me more (I've known him 15 yrs but mostly just professionally and no he's not a T)

So I guess it's a win for the day, I did something social and got asked to do it again.
