Opportunities for such work aren't really found at the MA level which is why I think the odds are better at the doctoral level. I also think US programs in Counseling Psych or PsychD can offer an orientation that's more likely to be developmental and psychoanalytic in nature than Clinical Psych. And that would both give the depth knowledge base and skills, but also attract those with such interests.

But I don't know how anyone can know that the individual has that center of emotional depth and security except through trial.

I was only enlightened a couple of months ago that someone had expanded on the Star Trek Klingon and turned it into a language with grammar and everything else.
The first dictionary was written in 1985.

"A small number of people are capable of conversing in Klingon. Its vocabulary, heavily centered on Star Trek-Klingon concepts such as spacecraft or warfare, can sometimes make it cumbersome for everyday use."

That recently happened in one of my soaps (YNR) where the person suddenly died, so they had the character die too. The tv memorial (for both, actually) is lasting like a whole week.
The character. Homestuck is a multimedia graphic novel on the internet.

Right now I can’t imagine getting mad at my T but I know he could handle it, especially if it was pent up anger being lashed out at him for something but not 100% his fault. But, even if it were his fault he could handle it although might be disappointed in himself for not realizing it would upset me so much.

As for me I make darn it dolls... sew cheep muslin or scrap fabric into a gingerbread man type of form and fill with Polly beads (if you want to be able to wash it) or dried beans, rice, or popcorn... then beat the crap out of it... I have been tempted for a while to make one for someone especially important, fill it with popcorn and toss it in a big bonfire but T and I are not done working on him yet and I have not calculated the safe distance from the bonfire...

Well, was supposed to go into work 4:30/5ish when H got home from work... as soon as I told H there was an “accident” and he was running late... didn’t get home until after 8pm... so found out an old friend I haven’t seen in years was playing at a local eatery about 10min away... so off I went... good music, time with an old buddy good steak and a salad but was shocked... not a single vegetable on the menu other than the salad bar!

Woke up this morning so stiff and sore. Going for a slow walk hoping to stretch and feel less stiff. I think I actually feel up to going out to breakfast! This rash still hurts a lot but I'm starting to get used to it I guess. I hadn't felt like walking til now so that's a good sign i suppose. Glad I have the paid time off available to use, but this sure hasn't been my idea of a vacation....

Shingles is contagious until all of the blisters have crusted over. You should probably limit your contact with people as much as possible.

Recipe Rehab Season 3 Recipe Guide - Everyday Health

Do you get this show? We get it on saturdays on LAFF (ABC.3). Chef Vikki often makes GF recipes, which at first i found annoying, because the clients usually have diabetes or high cholesterol, but they never say anything about gluten issues, but now im so happy!!

I asked the dr about that at the hospital, and she told me that as long as the blisters are covered and no one comes into contact with them it should not be a problem, but maybe I shouldn't take a chance on it and just stay home. H will probably sleep half the dang day anyway.

I wonder if I shouldn't even go take my exam on Monday at school. Damn it, I don't want to have to screw my grade because of this. (Prof allows no make up or late work period end of story regardless of the reason.)

Although the dr also said it isn't even shingles that's contagious, but the chicken pox virus - if someone who never had chicken pox or the vaccine comes into contact with shingles blisters, they could develop chicken pox.

I need some whitepot pudding to make me feel better about this. Or at least a beautiful everted saucepot hint hint.

He said it was really beautiful and he appreciated me sending it and that he looked forward to discussing it. Just this little thing helped some because I have been feeling really alone today and knowing that he had thought about me this morning meant something to me. I kind of want to respond to him and tell him this but feel like I'm just looking for more attention if I do that so I probably won't.
@NP_Complete

Wanting extra care isn't always a bad thing. Babies need attention to literally help them grow. Is he still doing the weekend check ins?
