PSA: calamine lotion is currently helping

Also I just talked to my mom who had shingles a year or so ago and she let me ***** and moan about how much I hurt that was helpful too

I just sent h to the store for more calamine

My sister was so sweet! She helped me pack my kitchen. She also posted some items we want to sell on craigslist and I already got some interest. We told her we'd give her half of whatever sells. We're also going to give her some cash for helping me pack.

My T said no! I knew it would it happen but it is still a shock and he didn't even offer an explanation I only have the original one that he wants to do more non client based things. I am kind of numb and just want to sleep. He gave a referral to another psych

He sounds like an *****. I hope the other psych is better. How soon can you make an appointment to see him? I'm not going to go on about silver linings and all that nonsense because right now it won't feel like it. I'm sorry for your pain.
