I have 3 weeks until I see T.... I'm afraid of going in. Last time I went through psychosis, where I could not move. It took a little grounding....after that experience I'm frustrated I feel anxious. It's not a good place to be. I am trying not to cry.
T I tried to call but can't get an appointment in the next 2 weeks... Will this work when I am under so much stress. I need to relax but how???? My body is at war with itself. |

I’m sorry that you’re struggling right now and your T can’t see you sooner. I totally get the feeling of wanting to see your T and the difficulty of waiting for an appointment, yet also being scared to go. I hope you’re able to relax some even if just for a bit over these next weeks while you wait to see your T!

I'm sorry you are struggling. It's hard when it's a ways off to see your T but you could really use an appointment sooner. HUGS. I also understand being anxious about your appointment. I go through that a lot. Can you try some deep breathing? That sometimes helps with anxiety. Or yoga. Or Tai Chi. Even just a walk around the park can help with anxiety. Maybe journal as a way to write out what you want to talk about in your next appointment. It might help to get those thoughts and feelings out. Keep writing here if you want. We are listening. There is also a vacation of both myself and the T. And t is going out of the states. This morning I want to call out of work and just take a personal day. Work is tough and stressful. I just need some time away, bit I can't afford the loss of income.
