I realized yesterday just how different yet the same things are for me here on PC now as they were when I started in 2014. In 2014 I felt like I might be getting to attached to T and questioning things she said. So I was googling it and came across PC.

After a short time here I realized Y and I had a very unique relationship but in my opinion she was a great T for me. I was comfortable with our relationship even though there were ups and downs.

Now here I am 5 years later...fearing I might get to close to Emdr T and goodling things she has said...and an article brought me to pc...

Life really is a cycle.
