I just finished writing my second book and asked my therapist for feedback. She read it while on vacation. Her feedback was hugely helpful and furthered our work together. I'm grateful she took time out of her vacation to read my work. It would have been ok if she had said "no" though.

My Support Forums is the online community that was originally begun as the Psych Central Forums in 2001. It now runs as an independent self-help support group community for mental health, personality, and psychological issues and is overseen by a group of dedicated, caring volunteers from around the world.
