Tomorrow is my therapy app with the new therapist at 1pm MST. I am glad i got in so quickly after my previous therapist retired last week. I hope it turns out to be a positive thing for me. I am kinda worried because i had such a hard time keeping my file open and it got very complicated. I don't want to re hash it too much however i have some very hurt feelings around the previous therapist. I hope by me starting with this new therapist i can start moving along especially with my Grandpas death 6 years ago and trauma related stuff. Could i please have some pocket riders tomorrow. Thank you

Thank you everyone. Im very anxious this morning so i am truly hoping my session with this therapist will turn out to be a good one. I hope to be as open as possible about why I still need the help and hope to set some goals that i can meet. I just feel so overwhelmed with how things ended with my last therapist. It's at the same clinic so im pretty nervous that the old therapist issues will interfere so much with the new therapist. Im so afraid she has judged me before even meeting me. Thank you for listening
