I'm quitting my follow up dbt group and therapy. Because I'm not thrilled with my therapist. My old therapist was so helpful I took notes during sessions. He's dbt certified so he can help me if I need it. He's just a wealth of information.
I went through my case manager to make this decision. Now to cancel the other therapies. Do I tell them or just drop away? I think I should tell group I'm leaving, but really would rather just not tell therapist but she's part of group. __________________ Son: 14, 12/15/2009 R.I.P. That’s hard. I would let the group know even if it meant telling the T too.

I would let the group know and tell the t, it's hard to do but if you are in the same clinic i would feel better if i told them it's not working out for you.
