Who needs pdoc anyway. My mood has been better today and I am actually awake and feeling fine well past 7:30 pm I might even head on til 9 pm. I think I will stay at 100 mg seroquel thanks Dr BCM.

I texted the woman I’m supposed to meet tomorrow to confirm, ask her if she got everything back in good order and get her address if she still wants to meet. I’m waiting for her to text back. I’m thinking I won’t hear back from her till later. I’m still sick today but been taking antibiotics since Saturday afternoon. I will tell her if she texts back that I’m

Driving back from the long weekend with the BF. It was a lovely trip, though it’ll be nice to have our own space again for a while (we haven’t been dating for super long so it was a little intense being together for three nights straight).
When we get back I’ll have to prepare for journal club this Thursday *eye roll* |

Well I've had a positively lovely visit with my Mom this past week. I can't believe she's leaving already tomorrow!! H will be taking her to the airport because I start back to work tomorrow too.
Today we went shopping and just got done baking a blueberry cobbler thing which is absolutely delicious. |

Still waiting for the lady to text me back about meeting tomorrow. Now I think I have a small sense of the anticipation or anxiety some of you feel when waiting for your T to answer to an email or whatnot. I’m starting to get overly anxious about it again.

We have some idiots shooting off fireworks. One of my dogs is absolutely terrified of fireworks. I don't remember fireworks being a part of memorial day. I have to load him up on benadryl for the 4th of july.
I just gave him some cbd dog treats - I hope they help My other dog is completely sacked out on the a/c vent without a care in the world. OK, going to fess up that I emailed ex-MC last night, for the first time in like 6 months. Was partly because of the dream the night before where he'd died. Email was mainly "Hey, just checking, you still alive?" And positive updates on how I'm doing (and D is doing) and how things are going well with T. Which is much different from the tone of past emails I've sent him (which were more like "I miss you" or "is the reason things shifted because I said I love you?"). He rather surprisingly replied this morning, saying it sounded wonderful, he was glad things were going well for me in general and with T, and that he is in fact still alive. And "take care." Which felt nice, but nothing like the weight it would have had, say, 8 months ago. The best thing I can compare it to is if I heard from an old friend I hadn't talked to in a few years. Nice, pleasant, but nothing like the intensity I'd have expected/experienced in the past. I imagine this is a sign of progress?

I may have made a serious tactical mistake.
Last session Info and I (this was my idea) came up with a list of things I want to get done this summer but am having trouble staying motivated on (things like submitting stories for possible publication, a couple other things). So she just sent me a perky email starting "Hey ATAT!" and asking how everything was going and reminding me of all the goals. Aaagh. The lady never texted me back so I texted her about 20
Minutes ago and just said not sure if you received my text this AM but just wanted to Confirm if we are still meeting tomorrow morning. I’ll see if she replies. I would Hope that if she changed her mind that she would just say thanks for the time but we decided not to move forward with the meeting. The meeting is supposed to be at 8:30 am so I don’t feel it’s unreasonable that I wanted to confirm tonight. |

Waterfall hike today, a sort of makeup Mother's Day outing because we were busy on the actual day. It was lovely.
