This question is specifically a question for Those diagnosed bipolar. I think I will still need one when I move but yet I don’t trust them. So I feel like I am between a rock and a hard place.

You might get more feedback on the bipolar forum.

What do you use your therapist for? That might help you answer your question.

If you need that outside person to help you monitor your mood levels, perhaps help you see when you need some intervention, it might be necessary, but perhaps your pdoc can serve a similar purpose if you aren't really feeling like you have issues that aren't bipolar-related?
