My stupid fluff butt cat got locked out this morning when I drove my D to school he always so panicked when I come home, being an indoor cat. I don't know why he doesn't realise outside is noisy and frightening. He is really dopey. But incredibly handsome

One of my cats accidentally got left outside all night one time. Now he only likes to go outside at night. He refuses during the day.

There are more things to hunt at night. And cats are basically nocturnal anyway

They freak me out too. Son and gf had planned to be back here in about an hour but now that a/c is out they have to wait for the emergency maintenance people. I feel so bad for them.

I think on one of our science shows the presenter was giving a demonstration of how bedbugs find us they use the carbon dioxide to locate us. They marked the bedbugs with fluoro stuff and he lay on a bed in the dark the cameras were tracking the bugs and as he was talking he got more panicky and they had to terminate because the presenter just jumped off the bed and ran away

Yikes. Yeah I am not looking forward to being in their apartment Saturday. Every time they've been there they come in thru the garage and dump their clothes in the washer immediately. I am so worried they're gonna get in my house anyway. But I can't show my son that I am.

Art, they should wear plastic shoe covers when in their apt and remove and shake them when they walk outside.

Ugh, nasty little critters. Hot wash and dry should kill them. Did you say your son was in an apartment? They may need to make sure neighboring apartments have been checked and de bugged too.

My viewing choices are currently a tied extra-inning baseball game, a political debate, or “Dark” on Netflix.

They’re all either tedious, dystopian, and/or confusing.

Yep. Management refused to inspect below them, only next door....

Why not? That's a legitimate concern. Bed bugs are a red alert situation. They can hitch a ride in suitcases, bags, clothes. I'm disappointed their landlord isn't taking the situation more seriously. A Yelp review mentioning bed bugs and they're going to have a hard time finding tenants.

I think your son should tell all their neighbors about their bed bug issue. With enough complaints, they'll have to do something. They'll probably just come back if the source isn't eradicated.
