if his feelings get hurt by something a client says, he's in the wrong business. Ask T3 how many rude things I've said to him and how many times I told him to F off or I hate him, yet he's still there, still willing to work with me.

Even long term T...I was really rude to quite a bit. Tell him to F off. If it's how you feel

I made a fool of myself today. I began to cry in front of the receptionist at my brothers doctors surgery when i went in to complain ( something the old me would never even have considered before) - when my aunt came to pick my grandfathers prescription she also handed my brothers one too as the address is the same.

She obviously saw that he was prescribed Fluoxetine and made comments to my mother about what did he have to be about.

She apologized and said she was sorry and only trying to help. She actually came around and gave me a hug. So I left.

Possible trigger:

My grandmother isn't well, and has been in the hospital for the past two weeks. I thought she was getting better but she's been unconscious for the past two books..

I also did the first day of my surgery placement - i wanted to leave the moment I got there.

The pharmacist messed up! I get you are back home now? Oh man. Its so hard to imagine what her motivation was. But she was definitely out of line. ANYBODY could be living at that address, of the same family name.

Thanks, your comment about caring meant a lot. That you said that the category doesn’t determine the level of caring. How you can care quite a lot even if it’s on a clinical level. From what you said today, I feel like you care very much about me. It’s just a different caring than for a friend or family member. I’m ok with that. And I felt the caring. I think that’s what I didn’t feel Monday.

It’s kind of annoying that T said I could always call her and used to return my calls and even a couple weeks ago said “call if anything comes up.” I’ve called twice since she’s said that and she hasn’t responded. She mentioned my call from last week when I saw her on Monday. So it’s not like she’s not getting them. Then yesterday I did have a very difficult day and I called her and I haven’t heard back. I don’t really get it. Why she’d all of a sudden stop answering calls.

Yep-I came back two days ago and return on the 28th.

Yeah but no but yeah but...

People are always coming in to pick up meds for spouses, children, parents and other rellies. In theory, the pharmacist should deny all knowledge, but their business wouldn't last long if they did that.

But the pharmacist OFFERED it. The aunt didnt ask for it. Thats why i think it crossed a line. That and its prozac - duh.

Eta - when i was maybe a preteen? But big for my age, my mother wanted me to pick up her prescription ( for The Pill i assume now), and the druggist refused to give them to me. I had no idea what was going on, of course.

Yes, that was wrong. But I can understand how it happened. Our daughter goes to a different doctor from us for that reason.
