Dear T,
I miss you. A lot. I think being in your office yesterday sort of intensified it (and having R in your chair instead of you). Trying to just sit with the feelings and accept them. I wish H wasn't working from home so that I could just sit here and cry it out. Maybe I'll just write out what I'd want to say to you on paper, which would keep me from being able to email it. (Even typing it here would be too easy to click copy/paste.)

Hope you're staying safe from bears and other stuff.

I plan to spend an hour tomorrow writing a mini screenplay imagining the session we are not going to be having cuz you're on vacation this week. That might be interesting.

I kind of liked XXL. Going from telling the therapist something big to something REALLY big.

Of course XXL is nonsense in Roman numerals.
