The therapist I had usually gave her opinion if she thought I was in denial about something. “No Jersey. That person was not doing that because they were trying to be helpful. They were bullies and narcissistic.” Like they sort of thing. But I also had a habit of telling the therapist to shut her trap.

Pretty normal, I think. My t did. Does. When she disagrees with my assessment of a situation, she says so.

Microeconomics problem:

I think therapists think that clients want their opinion - I told the one I hired just not to talk - her opinion did not matter to me in the least.

My mom actually called me today and updated me on my grandma. She's not in very good shape, and is apparently not going to be returning home to the farm but to rehab if she makes it out of the hospital. She's currently septic and has pneumonia, and is barely eating or drinking. I told my mom I had a dream last night that she died, and apparently my mom had a similar dream last night. I'm irritable and upset today but I refused to call my t this weekend. I don't know if that's going to seem like a good or bad thing to him tomorrow.

Maybe Teresa is making excellently superior root beer without taking Neha's shortcuts.

I think the Couch needs to host a root beer tasting. And pizza, of course.
