I told T that I feel babyish.
T said "babyish it babylike?"

I replied "babyish!"

So T then said "and what did that mean to you"?

I had to think. The idea, in my head just echoed "babyish, babyish" with no real thought to it. Because T asking that question brings all those thinking, thoughts, down to earth and said "bad. It's bad to be babyish"

T said "the problem, is you view everything through a negative vortex. Your mothers negative vortex. Of course you will feel 'baby like', because that's where most of your issues stem from and If you presented all grown up and precise we would never have gotten to half the deep issues we have.
We're not here to be all adult like, That's for other times in your life."

I keep reflecting back on that moment T asking" and what does that mean?! "

I mean, who said being babyish is BAD. My head did, in its own.
Therapy is handy for being the wall to bounce our ego centric thinking off of...

I did say to T that even though I feel babyish. It's not in a Trump sort of way 😂
