I'm switching Arms therapies from group to individual, and am nervous about the change. My case manager says I need more specialized care, but I'll find out tomorrow if I can maintain the group and individual. They are different providers. One is more focused on social skills another on more specialized skills. Meeting with the new place tomorrow.
