That's great, NP. What's a VRBO?

I totally have no idea what I am going to talk about in T tonight. No idea whatsoever. I've decided I'm kind of dissociated. Not really with it. Maybe we will just talk about work or something. I don't want to get into anything too heavy. It feels like a waste of a T session though. I don't even want to go. But its too late to cancel and I don't want a missed session fee so I'll just go.

I guess I can always talk about the depression. That's always with me. I guess it's weird going to see T and not being in crisis. Maybe this will be a very good experience.

Remember i had that accident about a year ago where my power sterring locked up on curve and clipped the other car there insurance is after me for the money because i am uninsured. The last i heard from the was in April where they said they were handing over to the debt collector. Nothing happened i rang my financial counsellor who said she would close the file. Well 2 weeks ago i got a final notice and when i rang the debt collector saying i hadnt heard anything they said the were contacting my financial councellor as she was the nominated contact which she wasnt ever. I said i would be contacting the councellor and getting an appointment. I just got another final notice and i rang them and they denied i had contacted them. I feel there is something fishy here. So i just emailed them restating i was waiting on an financial councellor appointment. I dont know what else to do.

UGH- husband stayed home from work today but won't tell me why other than he's "sick" (he's totally not sick). I had a bad allergic reaction last night and had to call into work so I think he decided to use the "I need to stay home and watch my wife excuse". He's always terribly crabby when he's home and he yelled at me for 10 minutes about a sarcastic comment I made over 30 hours ago. I told him I was totally joking around with his sister but he insists I wasn't joking. So now I'm hiding in my office away from him.

I sent an email asking if we could do a longer session tomorrow. It's our last one before he leaves for a week and I'm really struggling with my emotions right now. He hasn't responded yet. I think he'll be okay with me asking, but I have no clue what his answer will be.

Exhanker channeling her inner Judge Brown:
"As Proctor of this dispute … the Court holds that Congress has specifically preempted regulatory action by Dade County. Clearly, the decision represents a Gamble since we risk a Cascade of criticism from an increasing Tide of ecology-minded citizens. Yet, a contrary decision would most likely have precipitated a Niagara of complaints from an industry which justifiably seeks uniformity in the laws with which it must comply. Inspired by the legendary valor of Ajax, who withstood Hector’s lance, we have Boldly chosen the course of uniformity in reversing the lower Court’s decision upholding Dade County’s local labeling laws. And, having done so, we are Cheered by the thought that striking down the regulation by the local jurisdiction does not create a void which is detrimental to consumers …." hem. Specialties Mfrs. Ass’n v. Clark, 482 F.2d 325, 328–29 (5th Cir. 1973) (Brown, C.J., concurring). __________________ Please NO @ Selfishness is not living as one wishes to live, it is asking others to live as one wishes to live. I was a little over 5 minutes late to T today because of a horrible car accident near his office. Sucked when he already cut our sessions down by 5 minutes.my insurance company's case management called him today but he never speaks to someone without talking it over with me first. He told me that he was going to be as transparent as possible with me, and said he thinks they're not doing enough for me. That I got discharged from IOP and inpatient way too soon. He said that he thinks me coming 4 days a week isn't enough but he didnt mention me coming 5 days again. He also said he didnt know what "more" support meant for me.

And for ATAT:
From King v. Burris 588 F. Supp. 1152 (D. Colo. 1984) " But this is not just a case about damages; this case is about baseball! Even the Supreme Court of the United States cannot restrain itself when confronted with mankind's noblest achievements on “Hoboken's Elysian Fields.” I think it too much to expect a mere tyro on the district bench to cleave to the issues in the face of that august example. For almost a century, baseball has been America's national pastime. From Babe Ruth's “called shot” to Carlton Fisk's twelfth inning home run to win the sixth game of the 1975 World Series, baseball has sparked the imaginations of generations of Americans. Though changes have occurred which make grown men cry, its essence remains unchanged.2 Baseball is uniquely unconstrained by clocks and timekeepers.3 Perhaps as a result, baseball's memories are the most vivid, and many of our fondest recollections are of afternoons and evenings at the ballpark. Baseball mirrors our foibles and fallibilities. The game has survived the Black Sox scandal of 1919, striking umpires, striking players, drug and alcohol problems, and even perhaps George Steinbrenner..... The parties have stipulated that Burris called King a “damn fat fag,” “fatso,” and “liar,” and said “I ought to hit you in the mouth” and “Why don't you do the game of baseball a favor and resign,” but dispute any further comments that may have been made.8 Burris' comments, while hardly reminiscent of Cyrano de Bergerac's nose speech among baseball's contributions to the ancient art of insult, do state a cause of action for defamation. The pleadings raise many interesting issues such as whether the term “fag” constitutes defamation per se or per quod, whether King is a public figure, and whether the Denver Bears or its General Partners ratified Burris' statements." __________________ Please NO @ Selfishness is not living as one wishes to live, it is asking others to live as one wishes to live. I never thought I'd say this but I think belly dancing is better than therapy!! Tonight's class was a blast even though my arms hurt... my body is sore but my head is clear and I am still smiling ear to ear. I love this class!!
