I do the same as @@. Plan (and shop) ahead. Anyone who does not care for the plan is welcome to cook what they want for everyone that night instead, or make themselves a sandwich, no questions asked. It takes the guesswork out of things. And for me, it makes me more likely to cook instead of deciding on take-out at the last minute.

Most of my dinners consist of triscuits, cheese, and grapes. I have not been very good about eating my vegetables lately. Sometimes I have a can of string beans.

I told the therapist I have a callous disregard for others today and she didn't take me seriously. I think she kind of laughed, in fact. Seems like she should have been more alarmed.

Can't find anything I wanna watch. Don't feel like crocheting or studying or writing or reading. Just feel a lil blah. Maybe I'll light some candles and take a nice hot bath...

If you really think you shouldn't go, you could still cancel and just pay the cancellation fee.

Good point, thank you. I don't know I guess part of me still wants to go. I hate that I can't just make a decision one way or the other with her. I'm hoping I will know what I want to do by the time I get there tomorrow. I think my stomach ache is a clue that I know what I am going to do and that I am anticipating confrontation because of it. But I also need to do it face to face to prove to myself that I can. I am tired of being afraid of confrontation.

If tomorrow goes badly then you may have your answer. I hope it doesn't but at least if you see her again you may have a better idea whether you can work with her anymore or you're just flogging that proverbial dead horse.
