I heard other clients in an adjacent room last Tuesday.

Very distracting indeed. I go back tomorrow.

Tomorrow is going to be my third visit with this new therapist.

On rare occasions, I'll hear my T with another client. She has a white noise machine outside her door, so I only hear things that are loud.

Of all the things I've heard, hearing my T laugh uncontrollably with the client before me at the end of their session messed me up the most. I couldn't focus at all during my session. It sounded like such a genuine belly laugh for both of them that I immediately got jealous
