I've been talking to the current therapist for about a year and a half. C has been in therapy for about 15 years. She was with the last one for about 12 years. I didn't talk to her very often.

I saw my previous T for about 5.5 years, and took about a year(ish) break after that. Been with my current T for about 5.5 years as well with no end in sight. I deal with anxiety and chronic depression that meds only help so much.

I've been seeing the same T for 9 years. I'm worried I have an unhealthy attachment to her. But I can't let go of her.

the longest one was maybe 2 or 3 years. But therapy has never helped me much. If it helped more, I'd stick with it.
