So since this whole thing has been brewing my Pdoc has created a professional social media page. So far she is putting out calming/inspirational though type things every couple of days. I am kind of angry she didn’t tell me about it in our phone session but I am glad I found it. I am thankful for such thoughtful people in my life. I love Pdoc.

Oh my. My psychiatrist has a You-tube channel. He does mental health insights and sings songs from the 60s and 70s he's written creative lyrics for to make his points engaging. I love that our MDs have creative outlets for their psychiatry skills.
