Congrats on the award, @@

Started PHP today. It’s weird because it’s telehealth. But I guess it’ll be nice because I won’t feel so isolated. I know several of the people from IP. Just hoping I can sleep better tonight to be more present tomorrow.

Oh! I forgot to tell you all...H finally sold the Tesla! Now we have a little more cushion. Still don't have a lot of savings. If we're careful we can last until next year.

Have you read Illness as a Metaphor by Susan Sontag?

ATAT - I am impressed with your middle of the night smoke alarm tenacity. I would have knocked them down, removed the old batteries and waited until morning or even the next week to do anything else. The reason I know I would do it is because I have.

Anyone else see America's Funniest Home Video's on Sunday night? It was a quarantine edition. It was pretty funny.

I got a nice complement from the CFO in my company. She said I really am a fighter and a survivor. That's cool. Makes me feel good.

This reminds me of the parenting test i witnessed in my mothers house wow probably 30 years ago. Grandparenting test maybe but whats the diff. Sibling grandcousins were fighting over who gets to sit in the wonderful kitchen stepstool.

My mother comes up, tells the younger kid to shut up. More crying, even the older kid is embarrassed.

Granny2 comes up, says okay, nobodys sitting on it. Now both kids are screaming.

Granny 3 comes up, reasons with older sib to let younger have a turn. Winner!

So obviously, im the most neurotic in our smoke alarm scenario. "Forgot" to mention that it had given a warning beep the week before that i totally ignored.

Eta - re being "cured" - eh, its relative!

I'm glad that your co-worker recognised your successes Kit. (I don't know what a CFO is?)

I've just signed up for another round of the 30-day online grief writing course I take from time to time.

I feel like I need a tune up.

Hi Lost, CFO = Chief Financial Officer, like a CEO = Chief Executive Officer but one who deals with Finance. Maybe you have different acronyms in England?

I work in the arts sector, so I'm not really exposed to the acronyms much, and we're a small organisation.
Thanks for explaining. I miss my workplace so much...is that weird? We've moved online, but it's Not The Same.

Is it Writing Your Grief or another one? I paid for the WYG one after my father died, but the prompts weren't speaking to me at the time.

Oh, yeah, I work in the manufacturing sector though I personally do accounting, finance, and HR and office management. Kind of a little of everything. My degree is a Masters of Business Administration so I am used to acronyms! I don't think it is weird that you miss your workplace. I think that is totally normal. Just like my sister's kids miss going to school, I think adults can miss going to work. There's a routine in it, and usually coworkers are likable or at least tolerable. HUGS Kit

I'm trying to overcome smoking and overeating. Please pray for me 🙏 my name is Trish or Patricia. I haven't smoked since April 31,2020...but I have been eating like a glutton and it's not because I quit smoking I was overeating like this before when I was smoking. I know that the Lord helps those who help themselves so I will talk to my psychiatrist about the overeating at my next appointment so I can develop an action plan. Thank you for listening and I appreciate your prayers 😊.

That's the one, NP. I have done it several times. I think you get an email at the end of the run with all of the prompts in one document to refer back to.
