thank you. yes i think you are right on both counts. i am likely depressed like a lot of other people over the general state of the world right now. and trying to pretend that i'm not. and the struggle with h is ongoing for our entire marriage. that's why i almost fainted when he cleaned part of the house the other day while waiting for the new tv to come. it's just not as infuriating when he's working as many hours as i am. at first he did actually go out and pick up dinner quite a few times, and he was helping with the dishes every day after i asked him if he would since he's not working, but that has slacked off to nothing again for awhile now. I guess i need to ask him again to help me around the house. everything is getting to me, i'm feeling trapped and closed in, again like a lot of other people, and i just need to get over my damn self. i am going to call L though soon. i gotta do somethin' cuz the way i'm feeling now isn't good. |

One half of my chin keeps breaking out. I'm not sure if it is from the face masks or what. I am using the cream that the PCP doctor gave me but it doesn't seem to be working too well. I'm trying a new face wash but I'm just so over it. Everywhere else is fine, just half of my chin. It is the half on the side of my face that I sleep on so I'm not sure if that is it either, so I'm washing my sheets and pillowcases more frequently. It's just like that whole area is inflamed and won't stop. UGH.

I have not outright agreed to him to come back in the house permanently but he did stat over this past weekend from Friday to Tuesday. He is using the fact that his mom doesn't want the kids over at her house right now and he has the right to see them as a way to come over. And I'm stupid enough to stop fighting it and let him do what he wanted because it's less conflict.

During my last visit in october-for what was just a routine check up I began to cry in the waiting room as it was just after my grandmother had died. I had another male dentist I've never had before and I got anxious. Normal dentist still came up to check on me and calm me down whilst with was with the other guy. Plus they always have fresh flowers in the waiting room. __________________ "Love, like life, flows Through the heart. Feel the thrill of the flow And say nothing." |

He can live with her and should only come over at set times you've decided. It just sounds like a huge control move on his part and I fear that his behaviour will set you back further in the progress you've made. __________________ "Love, like life, flows Through the heart. Garlic butter on a baked potato worked out much better than I thought it would.
ETA: next up, on waffles? |

Garlic butter would be great on savory waffles

Just watched a webinar on Mental Health in the Workplace by one of our insurance partners. I sent the link also to the CFO who said she was interested but then she missed it. Usually they replay it on their website, but I took copious notes so I sent her the notes. Hopefully it is useful. At least it is a conversation about mental health and illness in the workplace.

I'm having a decorating dilemma for my girls' room..I bought 2 things of the removable wallpaper for $20 each and it's almost the exact size I need except for about 6 inches. I'm debating just doing the wallpaper on 3 of the 4 walls to avoid having to spend more money but I don't know how it would look.

I think the idea of an accent wall with the wallpaper is a good idea.

I figured a way to do it for now. I wasn't going to put the pet net back up but I did which covers the part of the wall where the wallpaper was missing.
Not sure if the picture will show up or not. |
