I had my appointment with my psych yesterday, and my T and her spoke about me a day before.
I was surprised to hear that my T felt in the last few months our sessions have been more productive than it ever was since I started seeing her two years ago. I went through some very traumatic things in my early childhood and teenage years. I was never able to talk about them until recently. But slowly I am starting to open up. I guess it was comforting to hear that my T recognises how hard I'm trying to turn things around and build a life. |

If this made you happy thats good but did you give both of them permission to talk about you? I only ask because some people have had their trust violated in this way by their therapist.
