Thanks for the birthday wishes!
 I just hung up from our weekly Zoom fellowship time with my drumming group. I wrote a poem again as I have been doing lately and read it to those in attendance near the end. This time I shared during the portion she was recording on facebook live  I'm getting brave in my old age haha!!!!

I’m trying to decide if I should go to a 4th of July bbq or stay home and go to bed. It sounds silly, I guess, but it’s all work ppl including my work frenemy, plus I’m really tired (I may have been up until 4am hanging out with the boy...).

One of our neighbors evidently got hold of some professional size fireworks, it sounds like a damn war is going on right outside my house. Ugh. Every bang is making me jump. I want to go away.

Going camping by myself for two nights in the mountains. I’m going to try to get some work done on a personal statement while I’m there—not a heck of a lot else to do while you’re camping alone!
