My T randomly texted me yesterday letting me know she is thinking of me. It was sweet and I was touched. I was also confused because it felt weird that she should be the one to initiate contact. Our session went well on Saturday. I'm not in crisis. So I am a bit puzzled as to why she sent it to me. But it was sweet and I was touched that she sent it. These are confusing feelings. I can feel the lurrve. Never had such a huge break before- 53 days! I've always been stuck with retakes. Not sure what to do with my time other than still keep studying low key.I know I have huge gaps with pharma. I had a particularly intense session today and now I'm just sad and don't feel like doing any work. I wish he would send me a post-session note of acknowledgement or something. No headache, though I have had a crying-induced headache before.
