My therapy the last years revolves around getting activated. With little success: I've always felt a lack of energy and doing things did not give me more energy. It exhausted me.
The last few days, I've received some bad new: a heart disease, maybe epilepsy, maybe a rare genetic mutation that will turn the years to come into a living hell (Fabry). While the heart disease in particular can be an explanation for why it was nearly impossible to activate me and I know I won't cope on my own, I just don't feel like going. I'll go anyway, but I'm really looking up against it. |
