My therapist called me it and I don’t know what it means. I know she wasn’t being rude or mean or anything like that. She did say “this may sound weird” but I am not taking it personally. I googled it but still didn’t get it.

"Examining or liking to examine things in detail, in order to discover more about them": my top result on Google. Seems pretty straightforward to me, what part are you struggling to understand?

I’m sorry. I guess I just have a harder time comprehending things then you. I apologize.

Someone who likes to analyse things, to engage their brain rather than feelings or bodily felt-sense.

and this:
Analytical skills refer to the ability to collect and analyze information, problem-solve, and make decisions.

The important part, too, is to keep in mind that besides being analytical (which comes from our intellect), we are also feelings, thoughts, creativity, and so on.

Yes this is me. I try to make sense of everything while trying to avoid feeling and emotions. When I do feel emotional I find a way to justify it. By justifying it I am again able to avoid.

It sounds like you might be worried that it is a negative or unflattering word. Maybe ask your therapist what they meant? Maybe they can say it in a better way.
